i am staring at him right now and he is even con to lvl 61
Aye, as of 5/30/04, he is 61. Also, most of the mobs around him are the same level. In other areas they may come a little less. However, in this guys area, they tend to be 61. Also, roamer will come close to his room. Pull rt hand guy, move in, and go counter clockwise on the pull.
Depending on the size of the party, you can take the 3 outside. However, you'll get the second one and the first mob in the next room as an add. If the roamer is near, you could get 3. 3 61 mobs can give you a lil trouble. I play this guy safe, since I'm a 2-3 boxer, and stick to Cialin's room and the first mob outside. Gives me plenty of time to med.

Lol, meant the range item. That puppy is nice, and makes this guy worth camping for the chance that he drops it.

Have seen him down by the old cheif spawn. Not up on the ledge but if you are looking at the ledge the cheif used to be on... he is in the left hand room. PH I believe is in the middle of the room near a bunk bed.
Staff for quest. Going to be needing 3 Fetish's of Ice Mastery and his staff. Need to free the proper slave first to unlock the quest. See the post under the level 38 mob in the bestiary for Droga. Has a little info on the event.

Wow, can you say something that makes sense. Sometimes when people frustrate me I get up on that ledge in West Karana and jump. YOu know the ledge where the world ends? Yah, that one.
