Tholris took 1 hail to give up the gems. Did this right after they spawned. Saved my vocal chords. :)
He does NOT despawn after hails so other Rangers can do their epic tasks. Luckliy I did mine seconds *before* another Ranger handed in his 1.0 piece and despawned the whole group. VERY happy Tholris was feeling expedient today... :)
