He does spawn in the first section of lightning tower. Spawned up the stairs and right, and first right, in that area.

Trying to get a handle on where each of the named are now with more frequent drops.
What wing/tower is Bordir on? I don't think there's room for him in West, with Torstien and Wybjorn, but the Shard and Sceptre drops seem to indicate that wing.
I'm assuming he's a Rain/Lightning giant in the towers?

Hes up in the lightning tower, not sure which floor of it though

This guy was killed on 7/10/03 and dropped a sceptre of lightning as well as a spectral parchment.
