This guy is the farthest back you can go in East.
Took about 3 minutes to kill with 65 cleric and 65 chanter. Healed himself once, I landed Scio (mana drain and DoT) on him so that might have helped.

As a 65 Enchanter with 85 AA, I soloed this guy by simply charming a giant, hasting him and attacking. Fight was 3 minutes, charm stayed on the whole time (/hug Total Domination 3). He did CH a couple times but didn't make much difference. Just kept casting pacification on the add in the room the whole time. He dropped Ornate Gauntlet Mold, A Drop of Pure Rain, and a diamond.

We just invised and harmonied our way there after killing wanderer. I, the druid, just kept the other 2 harmonied as we killed. Easy, just a few more hps.
