Mithril Spiked CollarEasy way to get to him - you drop out of shops run across the little steps (if you went right up in steps you go to sythrax area), on the other side of the steps is a highborn type mob against a wall and a door on the left. Go in the door there are 3 mobs - he's the left one. You can run in and just kill him without killing any other mobs in the area.
