agent of Innoruuk and other mobs are active on tlp servers at this time. They will likely be taken down when velious goes live but for now they are active and the * of hate mobs are deactivated.
And someone claims Breastplate of the Untamed dropped off an agent of hate, but since those are not active, he probably meant agent of Innoruuk.
