Very large bone pile at door way to room, The Irontoe Brigade Rules Norrath scrawled on wall, Vin Moltor paths to the room and back.
Fish on far side of room in a under water cubby are the PHer.

Heres some data to help you about this guy: he drops a limestone ring, +5 hp. His spawn time is 1 hour, he cons indiff to all. he is in the water and has fish that stay in his spawn point as place holders. Hope that helps! : )

He drops a ring, Limestone Ring, if not mistaken (But I know it starts with an L). I have only seen this guy once, and when i killed him all he had was the ring. Its worth 1pp to merchants :)
