Dropped Chains of the Accused (which Quillon also drops), and a Worn Coin. Most of the time they don't seem to drop anything (much like the rest of PoJ jail mobs).
I was with a group last night in PoJ that camped right outside the room where thes wenches spawn. We noticed that they wouldnt spawn on their own, but after a period of down time when we would walk into their room it would trigger their spawn. 4 spawn in the room.
We also npticed that if we pulled one or two from the room, and left no PC inside the room, then the others would despawn before we could kill them. We found the way to stop this was to fight inside their room.

At first i walked into the room nothing was in about 10 seconds after i went in they poped and i started killing them in the room.... i got 2 of them down befor the other 2 despawned.... i dont no what you guys think but i think these are for somthing .... rarely any mobs on a timer for nothing... if you no what these are for can you plz post it .... even if you are in the room they still despawn after about 3-5 min...

I was just killed by one of these earlier today, and it conned dark blue to me (48).
