I've spent quite a bit of time in the theater farming Dragon Boneshards, and I've never seen this guy. Is he up the stairs in the backstage area of theater?

He hits for 306, casts spells like Pyrocuror and such. Pretty nasty guy.
When you enter the golem area go straight across. There is a ramp you have to jump onto and climb up to a top area. There are 4 or 5 mobs at the top but you can single pull them. After clearing those you go down the stairs on the left side. That takes you to the theater.

Where is the Theater? I Know the zone well up until the shopkeeper/Golems, but havent been past that. If anyone can give me an idea on where to go for the theater it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
