Only recently started hunting this area, and only killed one of these so far, but it was blue to 55 and red to 51, making it 54 exactly.

Very similar to the Water Torn Crewmen (also level 53-54), but this one ENRAGED at 10%

Update: Killed quite a lot more of these, and they have all been level 56 exactly. I'm beginning to doubt my memory about the first being 54.

fought many, always red to 54 pally, so level is not correct
