Torgiran Mines, treasurer spawned in the room at (+1750, -470) after killing a bloodguard. From Nadox, go through hidden wall and keep going straight through the door, turn left and go down ramp through next door, go straight to end of hall and turn left at the T, room is a dead end on the right. Don't know if it can spawn in other rooms or not.

Saw two in about 5 hours at that room. Dropped Twisted Ring Loop and Sharpened Mining Pick.
