For event information, see this quest entry. Saryrn drops three items from her loot table. Has about 1.4 million hps.
Plane of Torment Version
Has ~800,000 hps (may need to do more damage depending on your own DPS and combating her regeneration); spawns three raven adds (rootable/snareable) at 90% and every 10% thereafter.

We have a pally DA, bring her to left corner away from stage, warrior goes fortitude, area taunts, gives healers a chance to get heals rolling.
Adds spawn, everyone but MT and second tank kills the adds that spawn on the left, the ones on right get mezzed. once the ones on left are killed, everyone gets back on her. At 10% she kicks out a lot of adds, we just Burn until shes dead, and then run out of here cubby, and res the dead, and clear all the adds, so we can claim our prizes. Hope this kinda helps.

Any succesful raiders have any input on useful tactics for her? Anywhere you can stage clerics etc and not get hit by aoe?

Given that her AE is 300', I doubt there's anywhere you can stand and not get hit by it and still be able to cast your spells.

Depends on your mana pool and how many ppl you got curing...
She does something similar to the PoTorment version, spawns adds at certain times during the encounter... Some of the other Gods do the same thing, some are just solo... Tier 4 and 5 are fun =) Takes full raid cooperation, tactics and a general ability of EVERYONE paying attention. That seems like a lot to most, but by the time you hit tier 5, you either run as a well oiled machine, raid wise, or you fail... no room AT ALL for screwing around... Tier 5 seperates the men and women from the boys and girls, plain and simple... of course the rewards make it worth hours of your devoted attention ;)
