These also drop the Spell Quest item : Black medallion. They are very common and frequent the piers to the ships. Kill enough and a medallion will drop.

I've killed Vurag four times and each time he was in the place where a Boat Scrubber would normally spawn. I'd guess any boat scrubber can be his PH, which is nice. Only seen him drop the haste tooth once.
