The book location is +93.69, +974.50, +68.06 in the libary.....
This NPC is also the end npc to a task givin by Cadale Brohat in Gunthak lighthouse.
The task is called "Scorn by the Wind"
When hailed at the end he says:
The search for Morticalidon won't end, not as long as intrepid explorers like you are on the trail.With this type of creature you never know when your where youll find it, but one thing is for sure -- findig this creature will be the mos rewarding experience you'll ever have. In the meantime, heres payment for the time you spent searching.

im not sure as i have not done any other task including this morticalidon fellow, but id guess he is used in others one... ill post names if i remember, and i really cannot remember what the stages in the task are... really all you do is run around and look in places, i grabbed invis pots and did the first one in no time.

Do a find to Cavalier Preradus....Once there turn in a circle and you will see Sir Geravaldi....Veludeus' post tells the LOC of the book
The book is next to Sir Geravaldi in the Library, lowest shelf, on the right, under a gray book. It looks like it has sunk halfway into the shelf. Waiting time 30 min at max if it is not there (not confirmed personally though).
