he is part ofthe shaman quest. Pretty much some other shaman released some "skeletons out of the closet" and you got to find them and put them back in the closet

There is a skeleton in Grobb! He is a dark bones skele but doesn't KOS you, in fact you can hail him and get a response! On Tarew Marr, a kind hearted person even gave him a stien.

Not entirely true. He does KOS a DE wizard(minding my own business going to the bank) and by the look of the area ogres are no better off. Brought the vendor along with him. Weren't there enough places DE couldnt go?

Actually, in Lake Rathe, there are skels that con blue to me at 21st level, so they can't possibly max at 6 as listed here (and no, that's not a dry bone skel, that's a regular skel in a particular zone.)

I am lvl 8 and can kill them easy they can't be any higher than lvl 12!

Okay, these are -not- normal skeletons. They look like a high LVL necro skeleton, dark bones. They share a name, because skeletons are skeletons.. it doesn't have any spells like a dry bones, or any 'special look' like a Barbed Bone one would.. so no other name would fit

The Skels in Steamfont are significantly tougher than the ones in, say, East or West Commonlands, plus they are linked to the plague rats.

Umm what are you talking about.....There are no skeletons in Grobb at that level. The only ones are the named skels fromthe closet and they con red at 9th level....you been smokin the fungus spores again?
