This is just like any Avatar right? So its the god Cazic-Thule in...Some odd form. Just like Nife is in the form of a Kiola(sp?)fish. Just as strong and just as annoying.
its not an avatar of cazic, its an avatar of Terror -- one of the golems in PoFear.

Actually this mob was a part of the ring event in CT. As is common with most ring events, you kill a number of mobs and/or followed by a boss mob. Once defeated the next wave wave spawns which is progressively harder....until you complete the ring event, or wipe. Typically it was the later.
