Dropped Nilitim's Grimoire pg. 416 and nothing else. Also, it seems that the physical size of these particular mobs have been shrunken. I was taken off guard when I first saw them today; usually they're pretty large. Grimlings all look the same.

It seems the drop rate of pristine acrylia shards has been increased - they drop frequently off any mobs. Used to be somewhat rare before.

Only loot I have ever seen drop off these guys are Pristine Shards of Acrylia. Pretty common drop too I am thinking, after killing about 6 of them, 2 had dropped the shards.
