Sacrificed Remains have only one hitpoint. They are PHs for The Spirit of Akelha`Ra and have spawn timers of about five minutes.

Where can you stand to kill the remains so you dont agro others around you......is it safe to stand on the alter?
I sat in AR for about 2 hours, reading the web while waiting on this dude to spawn. I was gettin a little trigger happy and decided to hit F8 to early. low and behold what do i target, a shimmering pressence. i thought hey maybe that was just a fluke. After i did my turn in i decided to kill the other 2(furthest one out i didnt risk killing cause someone had mention they agro other npcs) and of course the 3rd of the ones i was killing did in fact spawn the shimmering pressence. I had to F8 to target it, and even after puting on acumen i couldnt see them. So if anyone actually does read posts try F8ing after killing them, just to be safe it will save you a bunch of time. Though mine was spent reading a RnF board ~

Ty so much. After reading your post I went and pushed F8 and sure enough, a shimmering presence was there. They are invisible I guess, I could not see anything other than the target ring.

Alternatively, due north of the Itraer Vius room.
The loc is pos536, neg504, neg12.
Sure do have to kill a few of them before he spawns - though i'm guessing it is random I took out 15 last night and nothing spawned before I had to log :/
I am assured that you just keep on killing the little beggars (each of whom have about 1 hp) and the quest mob spawns (and is hard to spot).
With your back to the wall of the alcove these mobs are in you can kill the 3 closest to you without aggroing other mobs (these guys are all lying down). Take out the 4th and furthest one and you'll have a bunch of Reavers of whatever they are paying you a visit.
I wonder if, as this site suggests, they are really level 35 and treated as such for exp purposes - since if so i'd love to get my little 33 War in there to kill them for exp ;P They just need a light tap and they topple.......again.
