I bought 1200 muffins from her last night (more than a week since last patch). She's a good source for the Muffins for Pandos quest (https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/quest.html?quest=611). Whenever you're in town, buy a backpack of muffins to give to him. Nothing but good faction from it.

As of late my muffin honey doesn't sell any muffins anymore. This is a bummer, cuz me main's a monk, and we monk's love light food (well, light anything, but you get the point =p). Hope she starts selling muffins again... or maybe she's just out every time I visit her ("uh oh, here comes that weird monk guy, quick, I better get rid of my muffins"). I have another character on a different server than my monk, and he can't seem to buy muffins either. This is an outrage!=p Muffin Madness!

There was a shortage of breads all over Antonica for a couple of months (real time). It was connected to the plague events in the Karanas. Muffins were taken away from her as part of the bread shortage. That storyline is completed and she has muffins again.

She sells muffins at about 8 cp and water flasks at about 1 sp and 3 cp. And, since they both stack, they're a great buy.
Even though my lvl 11 magician can summon food, drink, daggers et al, finding her made life more convenient.

The muffins are in her inventory, but not water flasks. There being a kiln and pottery wheel nearby, I suspect the water flasks were leftovers sold to her by someone working on pottery skill.
