What faction is this guy on? He is warmly to my mith marr enchanter in DE form, and only dubious to me in high elf form. So is the tier`dal correspondant in Neriak Foreign Quarter, so they are probably on the same faction. I find this very odd because a high elf following mith marr is about as kos as you can get in neriak. Even in DE form many of the guild are KOS to me.

and am usually KoS...
i cast collaboration and can raise faction to threatening off the guards and dubious off the named but if i cast on named it lowers guards to KoS again...

Its located in front of the waterfall before to get to the PoD comin down the ramp from the zone.
