Is there a PH for this mob?
Hits for 1300's and flurries. Bring a 9.5k tank and a cleric. Warriors hold aggro better than hybrids in water due to knockback generally so try to bring one of them ;p
Mitigates slow (big suprise there) and can drop a tank in a heartbeat. He's certainly doable with 1 group though, just wait on the sentry to pop before you pull him or make sure it's recently dead.
Tulwar is common, kelp is rare. He's also a pain to spawn so kelp is even more rare than his droprate would suggest.

This mob has the ability to see through SOS. You have to keep hiding and sneaking until he is indifferent, but even then it tells you this mob may see you..
He also can be singled pulled, just have to wait for pathing until he is alone up front.

Does anyone have any information reguarding his loc, please?
if you go past the fishlord, hug the right wall, and stay and camp that cave, and if you keep all the mobs dead, you will see him. Ive only seen him twice and i was never the puller, but just like any named regrua or frogs there, keep mobs dead to get named.
