I found him in Western Karana, at loc -2264 by -5539 inside a farmhouse. He con's even to me at 61 though so the level 50 part can't be correct. Good hunting to all.

Don't ever attack this guy. He hit me for 1016. No, that's not a typo: one thousand and sixteen points of damage. I would have got an exact loc for the previous poster, but he doesn't seem to go back to his spawn point after being pulled until the zone resets. All I can say is he spawns in a farmhouse somewhere south of the guard tower further from Qeynos Hills, near Furball Miller who's at -2260, -5530.
