this guy popped on wave 2 of total 5 spawns off the bones quest. No other named popped afterward, jus 3 waves of trash. Dropped the Greatsword of Lost Souls.

The picture above was taken by Ntedm Nedma on the Xev server. This NPC spawned during the 3rd wave of the cracked finger bone quest, but there were still 2 waves that followed. It was easily done by myself at level 57 and a level 60 druid. He dropped the Greatsword of Lost Souls. This quest is actually pretty profitable considering 1 in 5 mobs drops a gem and they are fairly easy to handle.

He doesnt drop anything for my raid except words and a cool EB item for dru, mnk, and bst
