Pristine Kobold PawGone from Innothule Swamp, thanks to the revamp I guess, and I saw *1* in Rathe Mountains on the old Hill Giant Hill. I have no idea how to respawn them. I killed the bleeders, giant moccasins, troll invaders/raiders, and the froglok exiles/traitors and no more Burlys. Any help?

I agree with Hullan. I could not find these anywhere and I searched all over Rathe Mountains while invisible in every corner looking for these guys then went to top of the old Hill Giant Hill and slaughtered everthing looking for them with no luck. If I had a tracker I might try that.

I pulled out my tracker and was hunting froglok in this area, at the top of old Giant Hill. I was able to spawn 2 "a burly kobold" in about 45 minutes by killing everything in sight at the top on the plateau. They were difficult to find without a tracker because they don't necessarily spawn on the plateau.

there's no way these things could be 8-14.... they con light blue to my lvl 10 shaman!

Innothule swamp is a horrible newbie zone. it is saturated with roaming high lvl cons like the burly kobolds that path frequently through lower lvl hunting areas. the aggro range easily exceeds 30 feet. and burlies are more powerful than their con.
I have played both a Froglok warrior 11th and a 13th Lvl Froglok Shaman... I am in full agreement with these posts. The Kobalds (burly) are a huge menace as I find often just as you get out of the city of Gutka there are three of them camped out just out of range of the city guards. Dark Blue con and occasional light blue. The green ones stay to the far west on an island and dont roam. I spend much of my time hunting down the ones that are two close just cause I feel really bad for all the newbie corpses that are now littering the newbie areas. Also for note.. the trolls are also now entering the newbie areas to the west of the entrance of Gutka as are bull Alligators. New Characters BEWARE!

I am a 15th level froglok shaman, when I was 14th these things con dark blue to me. They hit for about 15 to 25 pts and get a stun on a regular. There agro radius is crazy, if you go within 30 feet of them they are on you scent. "Grr bark bark Grr" you hear from the burly kobold. You think there is only one, and then you realize you are being pounded by 2 or 3 and lots of times 4. These things travel in packs it seems. I think that "Grr" let other kobolds know where to come. I if you are low level please stir clear of these, and if you are in the swamps and low level up to early teens, and cant swim you are in trouble. Loot also sucks on these mob's.
