No. Old school text prompts. The next step is to hail Zokta Elder Gubbigo, and he will give you Initiate's Spirited Earring (3 wis, SHM/FRG)
Zokta Elder Gubbigo then sends you to "speak with the Quartermaster and Commander Faltip to see if they have any tasks for you."
Quartermaster Grik offers you prompts for "donation" or "task," and since he's the tribute master, donation covers only that. Task did not result in a response, no matter what I tried.
Commander Faltip sends you after insignias from "Trolls and Dark Elves" to the north.
