You have to be really close to the banker in order for him to reply when you hail him. If you want the soul stone you have to complete the guktan army quest. it is the first quest you get when you spawn. Happy Hunting

So, I did the starting newbie quest, and i talk to my guildleader, this guy right here. Asks me if im ready to recieve my assembly kit for lowbie armor quests... but he doesnt talk after that.

What do i have to do with the banker. Most npc's tell me to seek out the banker. I go there and hail him, there is no response. I think something about storing stuff
