As said, these are DCable by druids, and this makes them Animlas, rather then Monsters.

We were doing PoAir tonight when I conned A Phoenix Scorchlet. It was green so I thought, what the heck and cast DC on it...Woot...new pet. Then I checked the purported level of this bird and it says level 50. Can this be true? Did SoE raise the level cap of DC? hmm...something to ponder
Just confirmed, can be Dire Charmed by a druid :)
Makes a nice little pet too, max hit 298.
