He also drops a lvl 36 voodoo doll, any info on this, if you want to kill him go to soul stealer camp, there plenty there.

What is this dude? Is he a necro, does he cast nasty spells? What does he do?

I fought a bunch of these...none seemed to be casters, just melee...root/snare seemed to work nice although they would break root quite a bit.
