Hmm.. it seems the information I posted about the Ambassador possibly being the PH for Tarsos might not be correct. No flames please. Stated from the beginning that we were only speculating. *g Anyhow, I found out that the Ambassador is actually the PH for the Broodmother. She's bad. *g My guess is that One of the Chosen or perhaps the Conscript is the PH we seek. Good luck!

Just took him out with a 63Druid with 58piggy as his pet, 62 Mage and 58 Beasty(me). Think you're right about PH since he popped on top of a chosen. Wanted the charm since i've spent god knows how long tapping buttons to get every language maxed, but i'm happy since he dropped the belt for me

After much reconnaissance and a bit of close-up testing, I decided to post the results on what I have discovered and perhaps answer a few questions.

Obviously there are thus far no known documentation on some of the critters encountered within Tarsos' room.

You can travel from the bridge near the lava all the way to Tarsos' room under invisibility without aggroing a single critter. Additionally, the first post here indicates that the safe pull spot is the corner of the main room. This is true, but one can also pull safely from the far left corner of the main room, basically standing close to the wall and the Chosen of Innouruk that stands there by the boxes. This has been tested and confirmed. A group engaged the Chosen and the other did not aggro.. heheh.. until our cleric tried to pacify the other Chosen, just in case. News Flash! Chosen seem immune to pacification, thus an enchanter becomes a neccessity.

Options:
You CAN set up in the corner of the main room and pull from there. In order to do that, you will have to clear out the passageway inside, which contains quite a few critters. Respawn time is 20 minutes generally.. so if you have the power, that is definitely one way to go.

The other way is to enter Tarsos' room and set up against the far left wall in the bottom corner. Drop vis and attack the Chosen there. Control your movements and don't get too crazy and you should avoid aggroing the other Chosen at the top left of the room. Kill the one, pull the other. Now you have the entire left side of the room to use when you pull Tarsos. :)

At this time, we have not seen Tarsos. We suspect that the Luggald Ambassador is his PH. The Luggald Ambassador stands next to a Conscript of Innouruk and there is an Operator who patrols up and down the hallway, stopping at the wall next to the Conscript for a bit before returning to the hallway.

We accomplished this twice, each time with a different group.. the first of which consisted of 6 people:
Wizards 47 and 51
Druid 59
Warrior 50
Clerics 46 and 51

The second group was a bit higher in experience:
Wizard 47
Mage 57
Druids 59 and 60
Ranger 53
Clerics 52 and 51

Each group was only moderately successful due to lack of Enchanter presence.

If anyone can confirm that the Ambassador is indeed Tarsos' PH, that would be great! Any additional information concerning the opponents faced would be of great value as well.

We know that Chosen are immune to pacify, tend to Enrage near 15% health, and do not cast or seem particular immune to magicks. They struck me for no more than 175 max at any time, and I am a not so heavily armored wizard. *g

Good luck!

Spawn Spot

He pops deep in Crypt where they're running a huge incubation operation apparently. Safe pull spot is corner of main room and he comes from room to left. Wretched servant pic shows pull spot with doorway on left, incubator operator pic shows room Tarsos was in.

There are "wretched servants" that look vaguely like the creature from the Black Lagoon only skinnier. Also "incubator operators" that look like a tall skinny fish with legs and a fish on their heads. Tarsos looked like the incubator operators (fish head guy) with a robe on.

In the picture where you say the room he was in, I see the ambassador in the background. Would you confirm that it's the same room?

Can someone please confirm the room he pops in ? We camped this area last night hoping to see this guy, but we were not sure which room he spawned in. There are essetially 3 rooms off of the main room:

1. Oval shaped room with long hallway(Innoruuk spawns here)
2. Rectangular shaped room near #1
3. Rectangular shaped not room near #1

We started camping room #3 then moved to #1 and spawned Inny. Smiley: yikes

I think he spawns in #2..but I am looking for some help please a loc would be good too.

Thanks

I've never seen this guy? Where does he spawn? Is he static? or does he pop from a corpse?
