Been nerfed. No longer hits for that hard.
Yes even con to my friends cleric who is 45. Hit hard for his level and proc that mana sieve. Guess there is no reason to kill him.

To my surprise when i was hunting in the first pirate fort (looking for my oil) I saw a message saying "Xoomix Haroinoddin hits a Troll Maurauder for 200 damage" or something like that, so i hopped over fence to see a high level enchanter ripping everything apart with him. Later on when xoomix was by himself i attempted to charm him with my bard charm song, and it worked. So basicly he's charmable, but if it breaks he can summon you, almost got burned on that...

and he procs Mana Sieve as evidenced by the xxxx staggers in mental anguish. He procs it alot.
A warrior mob dressed as a caster with innate Mana Sieve. Only good for farming the zone.
He has over 28k hp as evidenced by 3 CH + partial CH to fill up health from 13% health.

Xoomix con yellow to me at level 44.
