He dropped the spy glass last night for the ship quest.
We killed him all in all about 5 times over about 6 hours. He only dropped one spyglass.

Lieutenant was easy to take down but on the other hand with som really nice lads beside me. 64 Magician, 62 Chanter, 60 Druid and 58 Cleric.
U can snare dot and nuke Lieutenant with no problem.
First, take care of Lieutenants friends on deck and then u will be fine.

I and a few others killed him on the main deck
dropped boots once and dropped some sort of belt another time
so to get to him...
through first room upstairs across first deck downstairs through than cannon room up the stairs onto the main deck he spawned on the far side for us....
