Tips on getting this charm.
The Location you need to be at is at the shrine bruiser cathedral Zone-In to Torg mines. You will have 6 outside spawns of "a shrine bruiser" as well as 12 inside spawns. These are all PH's for the spawn of Karsonizzak Bloodblade that will appear millaseconds after you kill a shrine bruiser. (yes "a shrine initate" can be a PH for Karsonizzak but they are casters and can nuke pretty hard. Having a group that can take them out should speed up the process but not by much as the chance of Kar appearing on the initates are much lower).
Ok, when spawned, Karsonizzak will agro on you immediately and appears over the body much like the "tainted" or "corrupted" hill giant in Rathe mountains. I repeat, Any one of the Inside or Outside shrine bruisers is capable of making Karsonizzak spawn. The center "podium" bruiser (as I call it) has the best chance of spawning him because out of the 6 or so times I saw him, 3 appeared from this kill.
Notes about Karsonizzak Bloodblade:
He is a VERY rare spawn that appears on the average of about 40-55 kills. (average mind you) He drops the charm only ONCE EVERY 24 hours after the "script" resets. He will ONLY drop the charm to start the "shrine script". The rest of the time he will drop "Flesh Bound Deity " ((Range |AC 5 |Dex +5 Agi +5 Hp +15 Mana +15 | Race: All)) as his common and the script in the shrine will not start.
(In simple english for those that don't understand: After Karsonizzak Bloodblade's death, if you don't see a Zonewide shout about someone defiling the temple, that means he didn't drop it and you got the common drop, Flesh bound deity.)
At the start of the next 24 hours since he last dropped charm, when Karsonizzak appears, there is a 90%+ chance he will drop the Charm of Deception again.

4 of us went to the Crypt from Tong Mines. We cleared the "front of house" 6 bruisers and proceeded to clean the temple. Unfortunately one of the druids got rooted and killed in the blink of an eye by a grp of about 4 before the rmaining 3 of us got them under control. There were about 3-4 we left as we tried to get a rez for the druid. The wizzie had to go leaving me (54 shammy) and a 62 druid. While waiting for an indredibly rude cleric to do the rez we proceeded to pick off the front of house bruisers one by one. Not sure how many times we'd been through, probably on the second spawn with just the 2 of us there (so 3rd spawn since first zoning in) when this guy pops from a bruiser kill. He had good hp but didn't hit any harder or faster than regular bruisers. Slow stuck first time and so did dots - both disease and poison. Dropped the Flesh Bound deity and no made explosion of nasty mobs in the temple or close by.

He is not a very rare spawn at all, and he most certainly can drop the charm more than once every 24 hours. I've let 4 in a row rot on his corpse. The Fleshbound deity range item is his true rare drop...thankfully :)

I killed this guy the other night, he did not drop the charm but dropped the Flesh Bound Diety, and there was a shout from the High Priest and the High Priest and 6 Blood Prophets (or something like that) spawned. I tried to get some other friends down there to help kill the High Priest but it despawned before they arrived. The Blood Prophets were not targetable.
Could it be that these guys are a random spawn after the kill? or do hey pop when you kill him and he has the Flesh Bound Diety?

This is not true. We killed him, he did not shout the Zone Wide Message, He DID drop the charm of Deception. the Shrine did NOT come alive with activity though. (maybe it was bugged)

Runical is right..... We've camped the temple for a while because it is pretty good exp. The charm of deception has dropped every time we killed him so far. Hope this helps....
