This worked pretty well for me. After swiming the Lava river, camo or invis and run to the hallway between the courtyard and Nautilus Room. Pull them from the courtyard. They have a small aggro range and singles are no problem. 23.5 minute respawn time. There is one roamer in the hallway.
zone in from Gunthak to the lava side of the zone. you will need to clear the 3 pops of the fire elementals (lowerish lvl mobs) near the zone. Then swim up the lava river (10 dmg a tick) and take out the 1 remaining fire elemental. then just head to the right up to the safe spot and pull these mobs 1 at a time
While trying to get Broken Skull Clan Blood to drop, this dropped. I can't find it on Allah. It's not no drop, looks like the pure blood in icon. Any clue what it's for? Not sure if it dropped from this mob or the Furious.

Was hunting these last night and found these were either white or dark blue to my 48 Beastlord. Level range is same as furious Blackhands.
