Yes, a 55 shaman and BL can take these, especially at the Hate's Fury zone. The only problem may be occasional trains as people going to Hate's Fury pull while trying to get there and alot of these undeads are in groups of 2 or more....better if you have a class that can lull/pacify, then you can pull singles to zone. Another way to pull if you cant lull is to pull 2 to zone, root one, zone into Hate's Fury (zone in is usually safe), wait a few sec then come out and kill the rooted one. After you break the spawn cycle, you can pretty much single pull the rest of the way.

This fellow also dropped an Erudin Defenders Blade for us last night https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=19629 while it's obviously some kind of quest item none of us knew which quest it was for.

Didn't see too many of these guys, only two that I can recall offhand, one dropped the blade the other one dropped the ring. There were lots more of the soaked/sodden/waterlogged crew.
