She is located in the Academy of Arcane Scientists. After you enter the main room, go to the left and stand on the telepad that sticks out into the water a bit. Walk straight ahead in that room and she is right in front of you.

The word on Ranger's Glade is that she is now part of the Ranger 2.0 epic quest. It may be that is why the problem with the Arcane Scientist quest.

I may be missing something but for some reason I can't seem to find her. Can someone help me find her?

I'm on MT server and when I hail her she doesn't talk anymore..is it this way on all srvers or just mine? Are they fixing problem with Arcane Scientist Cap?
