Just killed this dude .. sweet looking the whole bunch of them.. He dropped the Blackhand Berserker's Axe and also the " A Dark Ore Amulet". it was not mentioned in the loots for this bad dude

This guy is Head-shottable which makes him 49 or less, not 53 as quoted.
Second arrow caught him in the eye, went down faster than a white-house intern.

This guy drops the candle almost all of the time but sells better in bazaar then the axe anyways,at least on my server.
This guy is quite common if you keep the vehement/furious blackhand room clear.
You can expect to see him pop at least once per pass through.
I'm pretty sure only one lieutenant can be up at a time though.
He usually drops the candle and you can often see it in his hand (looks like a lantern) but not always.
the times he has dropped the axe he has been weilding it in his offhand.
The drop ratio on candles to axes seems to be about 15:1 in favor of candles.
A group can do very well setting up in the hall that connects the vehemnt blackhand room to the room with the snail statue where the named shammy spawns, enough drops between the two to satisfy your average group and only one wanderer to contend with.

Against a 61 shammy (approx 1K AC) he had a minimum hit for 36 and a maximum hit for 129.
