This Guy Drops a ring you give to sneed galliways son, on rodcet nife hes out by the newbie guards, he will be reset back next server down (within a week) but, anyone know the reward

If he drops a ring too, it's for a quest in Qeynos. Sneed Galliway has a son and he wants the ring back that Ralo took from him. I would like to finish this quest, but I'm backlogged with others and I can't get my guild to come within 5 feet of Broken Skull.
