Guard Mizraen retired after the Planes of Magic and Rage were opened up. He patrolled near the Academy of Arcane Sciences in West Freeport and was known to have higher than average magic resistance.

He starts at the entrance to the Academy of Arcane Sciences, then wanders over to the opening into the ruined area (where the hangman's noose is and the zone line to NFP). He also wanders south a bit from the Academy entrance to near the theatre area.

Despite being only level 35, this guard has a MUCH HIGHER magic resist than other guards (aside from the newbie guards). Casters, have lots of mana ready if you see this one around.
