If you are in the furthest south camp (what my server calls "Gaukr camp") head back north, and the room down the stairs to west is where he spawns in the NW corner of that room. Everyone should know if you've been in BoT for any amount of time all Krigers in the non-tower portion of BoT are PH'ers for named. He is slowable, and is relatively easy for the nice sleeves he gave to my ranger. If you have a chanter charming Elementals (not the DC pets, but the Tyv's I believe) He goes down really fast. He doesn't gate - as we usually set up camp in the very SE corner of guakr and I pull to there. With a charm group after hasting pet and giving mage toys - we can usually clear all of that floor, down to the forge area, and the PH'er for this guy before getting respawns near the pad to CY.

Don't recall if he gates or not.
He did not gate as of last night, He does See inviso but not SoS. Dropped Spectral and Ornate chain sleeves for me.

Hit me for a max of 657 and bash of 192. It's pure melee, so it doesn't gate and can be pulled to whatever camp you're at.

Spawns between ME and UE. West side pathway from ME to UE (on the right, with your back to the zone-in). It can be seen from the ME level, three sets of stairs up. The jord kriger there is it's PH.

Rorek Steelthorn spawns in the Deep South (right side) area, similar to the Middle South (Left Side area as explained with Valbrand and Thorolf Sutherland. A Kriger is his placeholder, and on E'Ci is assumed to be a part of the Deep South (Gaukr Sandstorm) camp. Though not always true when peoples wants their loots hehe
Anyway, looking at the zone from a 2D map, Rorek spawns in the room on the East side, directly across from the Valbrand/Thorolf camp (on the west side). If you can follow that =o)

I can verify that he does indeed drop the Ornate Chain Sleeves pattern. I was in a Upper Sands group and we killed him and the dropped these sleeves. The tank mentioned that he has the same 1500 damage proc that Gaukr has but it doesn't go off as frequently as it does for Gaukr.

Where does this guy spawn....?
In the "Forge room", I assume?
Thangbrand and Ymir spawn down in the "Table Hall" of the south wing. Rorek and Valbrand spawn in the 2 "PH/Kriger" spots in the forge room above?
Would be consistent with the shared drum drop.
