Symbol of Insanity
This one started off the fight by tapping me but after the first tap of 200 and either harm touch or a DD for 800 my pet got in there and beat it senseless I landed undead slow on it and then it was just a cake walk. added in my dotz for some entertainment and sat back and watched him drop my symbol

Just did it today and verified that it is a tortured soul, not tormented. All 3 were soloable. First and last summoned, blood of thule stuck each time on all 3 mobs.

Actually, the name of the mob that spawns after the Failed Apprentice is A Tortured Soul, but I'll post the info here anyway.
He has around 20k HPs, Max hit was 220, avg dps was 82 (unslowed). Fight took about 1.5 minutes, solo, with CoB pet focused with DPoC and pet toys.
