I've killed this guy perhaps 10 times or more. Have yet to see ANY loot. No Hero Parts. None of the Battered/Destroyed Armor Chunks. Nothing.

If anyone knows if he just has no loot or what, it would be appreciated.

He appears to be a static spawn near zin, along with a bunch of other soldiers. I have not yet killed him with a group either so I can tell no more.
