this mob is not snareable/rootable, cant be charmed. but way weaker then the normal mephits

I heard that the name of the heart now has changed to Nightmare Mephit Heart. I was wondering if they drop off other Mephits other than Agony Mephits. Does anyone have any information on that?

We got the drop off of a misery mephit, worked to complete the Box of Souls. Name is confirmed Nightmare Mephit Heart.
I soloed him today.
He pelled my pet and used most chanter stuff never charm anything, but I was alone though.
He got like max 7K hp.
Dont hit hard or fast as u may think a chanter would haste him self. Can't be rooted. Bliss worked though.

For all of you that don't want to kill the dragon in PoV to get flagged for HoH, there is an alterative way to get in. Here is a link for the quest, since I didn't see the quest posted anywhere on Allakhazam.

Seems he commonly drops an Earring. always as far as I've seen. He "could" have a rare, but I have yet to confirm this.
Sinew Tied Bone Earring
Magic, Lore
Ac 2
Int 5, agi 5, hp 25, mana 45,
Save Fire + 5,
Recommended Level 50
Enc, Mag, Nec, Wiz.
Also, every time he has dropped a no drop Heart
was a Agony Mephit heart? maybe just Mephit Heart, cant remember, appears to be a quest item.
Also. out of numerous times killing him. once he dropped a Spectral Parchment.
As the info states: this guy charms. and DOES cause havoc upon a single group. out of the small handfull of times we've killed this guy. he once made for a really funny mess. Warrior and myself (paladin) pretty much killed our casters lol. was hillarious, in the end we were laughing, honestly.
Hard part is. getting back to the place. have fun crawling through the gobbie caves :)

Correct on the heart being for a quest. It is used in the quest to get the Halls of Honour flag without having to fight Aerin 'Dar. The heart is MQ-able so good luck to all looking for it.
