Fought him a couple times last night. Max hit was 622, usually doubles. Immune to changes in run speed. If you can kill the Suppressor then this guy is no problem. Spawned twice in a row for us behind the Sleep Walker's normal spot. Didn't drop anything either time.

Anyone got any other info on this mob? Like does he heit harder and faster than the regular spawns in beginning of cave? Does he summon? Is it possoble to pull him? Or you need to work the cave to kill him?
The only spot where I often see this mob is right behind the spawn point of the Sleep Walker, between the two Ancient Guardians. He hits a bit harder than your average Razorfiend Subduer but not by much. Not easier or harder to pull than any other Razorfiend.

immune to changes in run speed
Spawned in the inner caves area. Dropped only a few copper pieces. Only saw one in 8 hours of camping.
