Just finished a quest from this Dragon on Luclin Server.

Turned in one Corrupted Forbidding Stone and one Scorne Spectre Essence both from various Sleepers Tomb mobs. No drop, War/bard/pal/SK usable.
Was warmly before turn-in, used faction boost song to get to ally (NOT max). +CoV, Yelinak -Kromzek factions.

I'm one very happy bard since they're a huge upgrade from Gaunts of Twilight!

We killed this guy last night. Here is some following observations we gathered:

-Lvl 70 Dragon
-He casts a spell call Crusador's Touch (it will say "You have fallen to the will of the Crusador")
-He will banish you to the WL/SS zoneline (we made two attempts on this guy, after the first, we put CoH mages in our MTs grps and made the MTs have a hot key "I have been banished", so the mages were able to summon them back during the fight)
-He rampages.
-He is slowable, but make sure you tash and malo first. Might have to try slowing him a couple of times before it sticks, but it will stick.

*The Crusador's Touch is 70% slow (magic-based) + 100Hp per tick at a 160 ticks. (If you have really really high magic-based you should be ok, might still get hit with it once or twice, though.)
