Make a hotkey and push it nonstop. You can use third person view to see if you are laying down. You wont lay down long enough to lose aggro using this hotkey. There are several other encounters that you need to use this.

Feign death proc

Hleytis giants proc a Feign Death on their targets. You'll notice because your autoattack turns off. To recover, stand up and resume attacking; also (if you are the tank) taunt like mad to recover aggro.

If you see the tank of your group fall down, tell him to stand back up! The player who got FD'd has no on-screen view change to show they are lying down on the ground.

I don't know if the named giants in this camp proc FD, but the regular ones do.
