There are two types of spawns for these that I've seen, one they spawn as PHs for A Valorian Guard and the other they spawn as PHs for A Valorian Sentry.
Never seen them drop parchments but have seen them drop most of the other loot listed above.

They have a chance to hit 3 times in 1 round, they have average sv magic.
They have roughly 25-28k HP. They can be slowed easily and can be snared(sentries which look exactly the same as these cannot).
These drop hero parts, bricks of etheral energy, ethereal parchments, spectral parchments(rarely), sealed note, soldiers items(sword etc) and symbols of marr.

Your faction standing with the Batallion of Marr got worse.
They have a chance to hit 3 times in 1 round, they have average sv magic.

A sealed letter that sells for like 230pp dropped from em and a soldiers notebook. nither are no drop or lore...wonder what they for.

Saw a spectral last night off these guys, but I lost the roll, shame since I dinged 63 about 15 mins later and could have used it to try and get any number of my beast spells.
Btw wasn't all that impressed with the exp here, normally I'm grouped in Valor at the Inner camp which in my opinion is better, at least its more fun.

Is this something new for this mob? I could have sworn being able to solo these recently. I tried tonight and about got waxed.
