So far all of the ones i have seen are lvl 51, there are much larger ones called "a nightstalker" who were yellow at 58, and summoned. Spawned when someone went by doing quest protecting monk
we also got as loot:

All of these that I have seen are Level 51. I have been able to charm all of them, and Bard charm does not work on mobs level 52+ (until you get the lvl 64 Charm).
So unless there is another camp of these guys below the ridge they are all level 51.

Some of these guys con even at 51. I was lucky enough to be able to join a 61 druid with a charmed Blood Raven and we took out 6 or 7 of these before LD put a halt to the fun. 10K HP or there abouts.
Blood Raven was yellow BTW and ripped these guys apart.

These are charmable by druids and are wimps compared to Blood Ravens, definetly not lvl 59 or 60 as listed. These are closer to 52 or 53 lol.

all i have killed have been dark blue to me at lvl
57, so the listing of 59 60 is defenetly off.
