Her new loc is 1477, -1638, 16.77. To get to her, go up to the top of the Temple of Marr in West Freeport (northeast part of zone, big tall tower) as far as you can. Look for the area with the purple or off-color floor. Click on the off-color floor section. It is an elevator, and takes you up to a room with her and a cleric guildmaster. Once in the upper level, the helmet on the table is the elevator call button.

Edited by Soladne 7/25/06 for clarity. Yes, this merchant is present on the progression servers. Just hard to find initially.
