Rallos Zek *The Warlord* ports you out, not Rallos Zek.

There are two iterations of Rallos Zek in Plane of Tactics. One is found in the topmost room behind the two magically sealed doors, and that is Rallos Zek. At around 50% HP he despawns and respawns as Rallos Zek the Warlord in the death pit. Two players, two mercs went in there and both got banished--one being sent to Paineel for a drop into The Hole and the other FD'd upon entering and it broke the game for them, making them unable to do anything (camp, attack, etc.). They had to forcibly close out the game only to come back and still be immediately banished.

So as of this day, almost two years after someone confirming that Rallos Zek does not banish you, he most certainly does still do that. I'm guessing that whatever group size restriction that was in place still is most certainly in place.

As said before this picture is of Rallos Zek, not Rallos Zek the Warlord. As of today, Sept. 7, 2012, we tried with 3 people plus 3 mercs. First person to get RZtWL aggro was banished to PoS in front of Spiroc Lord and took a deathtouch. Second person was banished to some unknown area in PoTactics and was swarmed by mobs, third person was left standing in front of RZtWL. So, RZtWL does still banish, now whether it's a time thing or group size I am not sure.

I recently soloed RZ with my dps merc and i can confirm that there is no size limit to your grp if there ever was a mechanic that ported you out for not having enough people they have since removed it.

Banishes 2 of 3 group members to Paniel, they fall in the Hole and end up at the zone to Brell's Rest. One person left there dies, obviously but another comes back and eats a 65k Death Touch (instantaneous). I guess you still need a 7-person + raid just so he won't kick you out and / or kill it fast enough to not DT you. >_< ghey

85 warrior only buff was gallentry and a t5 merc got him down to 60% and my merc was 70% mana before the adds killed her and rallos raped me

Confirmed. Did it on Drinal. It's about time they did that.
Don't need to dig up 36, and still need more than 7 to ensure it's not a single group of bot farmers keeping it from others.

Family guild levels 65-75 with a wide array of bazaar gear to high end casual gear. Raide wiped at 1%, Cretar (Ranger) disc weaponshielded, used a lot of vet AA's and pulled off that last percent.

(Cretars boots are PURPLE)

Rezzed back in and got our flags.

Tried to one group the script. As we engaged Rallos, we got banished to PoK - apparently it won't let you do it without a raid :( Seems the old code they added to prevent a total zerg is backfiring :(

Killed Him With Pick Up raid on Seventh Hammer Today I was Tank had about 11.7k hp fully buffed Kited the Add's With Bards Playing SELO's and Snare Song total of 3 deaths he want down pretty easy i started out with Nn Hit Disc for the first 10 sec to build Agro then after it want down everyone rushed it killed him in about 5 mins total then killed all the add's Had Chanters Charm Pets and Put The On Him for added DPS wasnt to hard once we had control of the aids other then the AE which is what killed the 3 ppl who were all casters with low hp ie wizzys Mages and Necro's had 1 of each die no shammys enc cleric down whatsoever want pretty easy just gotta know how to take control of the adds

My guild is currently working on him now, we have had him to 0% last time before we got raped by the adds. My question is this, how the hell do you keep the kiters alive in order to be able to keep the adds off the raid. I have read a few things here that we have not tried yet, ie, killing the green con corpses, but it's hard to keep them alive when the adds are all bard speed. Do, you snare the adds as well? or just throw enough kiters at him and just keep hoping they live long enough to burn him down? Any serious comments or suggestions would be appreciated.

DA the kiters(SKs and Pallies are my favorites for kiters) and DPS the hell out of him, let all hell break loose once MT has agro(90% let your casters and rangers(TS) unlease hell(assuming that your rangers still have better bow DPS than melee at this level they should...but if not then NVM =p)

Basically, thats the gist of it. From when my guild has done him, we try and keep a bard in range of the kite team and then just hope they stauy up long enough. IMHO, best to use knights for this, SKs in paticular. The kite tema is pretty much a suicide squad, though I actually did survive it once.

The SIFO alliance of Xev Server (In Via Damnum, Sans Requiem, and Ordo Nox Noctus) took him down 3/12/2005.

Handled the triggers well, then came TZ, who we finally did flawlessly. Had an SK tanking him in the corner while the raid force was on the raised portion of hallway leading to door to RZs room (though not too close to door to avoid adds from room). On our previous attempts, people had over aggroed and caused TZ to do a little moving around and wipe part of the riad. This time, TZ stayed on the SK the whole time.

Next VZ. We concentrated on the real VZ until he was down with off tanks handling fakes until real was down. Cleaned up real quick, rezzed the one or 2 who died and cleared RZs room.

Raid force stayed by door while the warrior tanking the fake Rallos went to east corner of room next to door. As we had cleared the regular pops so fast, they were not an issue during fake rallos fight. Only lost afew folks to this part and ported on despawn of fake, then came back in and set up in south side of pit. Pulled Rallos to SE corner and assigned knights to adds and had them work counter clockwise on north side of pit away from Rallos. Think I had the biggest train on me I have ever had during this part. Someone called out that some gold helmeted dwarf pally had about 30 adds on him before he got stunned and killed (/raises hand) so I didnt get to pay attention to RZ status, but apparently he fell just before I did. Those still up ported and we reformed and went back to SE corner pf pit, then invised and hailed PP.

Resulted in 4 new EP flagged folks, with several more just missing Agnarr or LMM.

The info on this thread is wrong, first this picture is of Rallos Zek's fake Projection overlooking the arena from his ready room. Second, Rallos Zek the Warlord is most definately higher then level 70, as he is considered red to a level 70 character. I'd also like to add that when spawned, if there is a group outside of your raid in the pit, and they agro Rallos Zek the Warlord, it will shorten the window of time possible on this event, and port that group to a random zone, like the last island in the Plane of Sky. I saw an experiance group get ported to the Plane of Fear as a reward for not vacating the pit area.

Personally, tonight, I was in the raid, and went down into the pit when the raid leader called for us to go down, and RZ was not in the right spot (he was right under me!). I saw that and ran the other way, but was still banished to the plane of sky, where I died immediately from a 32K hit from The Spiroc Lord. At least one or two other people got banished, to fear and the hole, and died the same immediate death.

To get my corpse I had to get a wizzy to port us (wizzy had the port stones, do at least I didn't have to run and get those), a necro to summon my corpse and a cleric to rez me. That is messed up. Banish me where ever you want within the zone I'm raiding, but to PoS for an instant death. Or my home city, or bind point, but to PoS for an instant death, BS.

Oh, and I was banished right to the Spiroc Lord. Not in the room he was in, or somewhere where I *might* have a chance, no right at his feet, and basically all I saw was you have been banished, loading, in PoS, Loading, please wait.

Its not like RZ isn't hard enough as is without this kind of crud.

This battle appears to be bugged again. A couple of guilds have said something about there being far more adds during the Fake RZ battle than there were in the past. Has anyone else noticed this over the last couple of weeks?

as a reply to your post ...i went on rz raid last week and from my understanding there was bug issue there...but tonight there must have been 20 adds they was all over the place and nomater what we did people was dieing to fast to control..so in my opinion u r right this is bugged again.

Has anyone tried to kill the decorin's separately after the supposed bug?

My guild leader thinks that spawning RZ is supposed to be harder now because of the level limit increase. The reality of it, though, is that now that LDoN, GoD and OOW outdate PoP, it should be easier, because its so out of date.

TRY KILLING THE DECORINS SEPARATELY that way TZ and VZ spawn separately.

TZ and VZ always spawn separetly, no matter where you kill the triggers. Tallon spawns in the middle of the south hallway (leading to Grunhork) and Vallon spawns in the middle of the north hallway (leading to Berik). If they are not intercepted, they will both walk to the bedroom (where fake RZ spawns) and then it's just messy to try and split them. This is why guilds kill both triggers and then be ready for either TZ or VZ, whichever they choose to do first. The bug was that both TZ and VZ had instant aggro on whoever got the kill shot, or they just had an insanely huge assist range so that when one was aggroed, so was the other. So apparently this is fixed, will find out today I guess.

It seems there is a new script. After the triggers are killed both TZ and VZ will come. Looks like have to split up the raid and kill in two spots, also the LTs seem unmezzable, going in again will keep updated

Yes. Had a bash at him this afternoon and had the same problem. You bash one and the other one comes running. They also seem to be tethered and warp back.

GMs on VS are looking into it. Same apparently happens on Sebilis.

Is this a change introduced as part of OoW?

12 September today. This encounter appears to be bugged on Venril Sathir.

We pulled the two decorins together, and killed them within a minute of each other and they simply respawed 3 minutes later.

No sign of the Zeks...

The only thing I can think is that in addition to the 6 min kill timer, there is a timer from when you first agro the brothers ?

can anyone explain please.

Just found out RZ was killed 2 days ago.

so the script triggers spawn again but RZ won't.

Yah, to tell if the event is up, you need a tracker to zone in and track (It's druid trackable from the IZ). You need "Decorin Grunhork", "Decorin Berik", and "Rallos Zek" to all be up (Note it's not Rallos Zek the Warlord yet).

As of Sept. 1st 2004, Rallos Zek the Warlord was downed in a pick up raid. Took the core group of us weeks of attempts and I think 6 or 7 goes at it before we got it down pat. Raid was led by Kiters of Mystic Lords and Darkenwood of Wrath of Heaven. Big Ups to them for this. I know this was the first time on Nameless he was ever done PU style~ not sure about other servers, but may possibly be the first ever Successful PU on him~

Erollisi Marr has done it 5 times in total pickup style. I don't think we were the first but we surely did it before you guys.

Good Job though, we've prolly done this raid 1,000 times, it's a pain.

Thought I'd add a couple extra notes that might help too.

-It's best to have a Pally/SK MT TZ. If you have a great warrior with EB weapons, he'll be ok, but set the 2nd tank as a Pally/SK to aggro TZ fast. 3 second cheal with 6+ clerics is more than sufficient.

-Get a rune on all people that might kite just before the RZ pull.

-TZ hits for 1kish, has a nasty 3k AE though. Is immune to slow but might be cripplable.

-VZ hits 1048 or so, can be slowed partially at least.

-RZ hit me for 1048 but fast. I remember reading him hitting for 2905, but I haven't seen it yet. Can be partially slowed.

-RZ sometimes banishes people to other zones. Once it was PoFear. other time was Paineel. I'm still trying to figure this out, but just take care to run right back fast if this happens.

-There are about 5 Decorin Elites in the pit that spawn with RZ, I'd just plan on kiting them too.

-The chaos boars that add are charmable by enchanters at least, dark blue. The chaos wraiths are lvl 65 I think. Charming these is not very smart, because you rarely can get one single.

-Chaos wraiths don't snare, but proc a 1k HT.

-VZ lowers aggro on the MT, and increases it on everyone else. Keep your cheals spaced at least 3 seconds apart or your clerics get whacked.

Luckily, I had a wonderful crew with me. I'll post the strat along with little details if anyone wants to lead this mofo.

Before starting:

-Everyone bind outside, no exceptions.

-Assign a "Second-hand man", one who will take care of your cheal rotation and any other tasks you may need help with.

-RZ will be pulled to the SW corner of the pit and pinned. EVERYONE but the MT will start out in the hallway a few steps NW of that (leading to pig room). The clerics remain there for the fight (in cheal range). Start out by letting the raid know this so that you can pre-set kite teams. Note: a lot of strats say pull RZ to the SE corner. I found SW worked better.

-Form groups as you normally would, but make 2 groups with a druid leader and 5 of the following classes: SK/Ranger/pally/non-MT warriors. These will be known as "kite group 1" and "kite group 2". Have SKs mem HS and pallies mem DA right away, but warn them not to use it until told to do so.

-Have Mages/rangers start dropping arrows everywhere. All melee should have about 100 arrows. Also, make sure each necro/sk has about 10 coffins. Do this before moving.

-Next, assign 4 people in kite group 1 to the NE, SE, NW, and SW corner of the pit. Take them down to the pit and show them what you mean if they have not yet seen the encounter. Tell them these are the positions they move to AFTER RZ is pulled and AFTER they burn their TS/HT. (Need to do this within 30 seconds of fight) Note: Don't use the entire pit to kite! The kite path should be a COUNTER clockwise one, and should go ALL the way to the walls N E and W, but NOT south enough to be in distance of the raid. In order to successfully kite, they need to cast a non-damaging spell on the adds as soon as they pop and start running CCW, making WIDE left hand turns and NOT turning around. As SOON as they see mobs coming at them from the front, pop DA/WS/HS and continue on your path, picking up any adds.

-Assign "stand-by" kiters. This is the 5th person in kite group 1, and then kite group 2 takes over as stand-by kiters. This person waits out from the raid NE a little ways (ideally protecting clerics), and if one of the kiters goes down, he WAITS until he sees mobs charging at the raid and then snares/stuns/AE taunts and starts joining the kite. It works best to intercept mobs coming from the NORTH and then running EAST if possible.

-Lastly, make sure ALL druids and bards know that they MAY be needed to help kite and have a hotkey saying "LAST KITERS GO GO" or something of the sort. If Kite group 2 goes down, these people are your last hope and must go try and get the adds away asap.


1) Start clearing. Assign 3 MTs and tell casters that Hendin Shadow Masters will dispell 1 buff, so use walls and pillars to hide from that. Also, tell the raid that if 2 mobs are pulled, ALWAYS get on the NON-Gindan Flayer mobs first. These usually split at 50% Health. To get to the triggers move up the stairs and LEFT around the top of the pit to the west side. A Hendin Shadow Master should be there. Have your MT charge him and turn him around before the rest of the raid goes in or you may get blown into the pit and die.(levitate is smart if you can handle the lag).

2) Contradictory to a lot of strats, we clear towards Decorin Grunhork FIRST. Once you're up the stairs, you move SOUTH down the hallway and to the SW corner. The raid STAYS HERE and a monk pulls the east hallway until he can get Decorin Grunhork single. Once he can do that, the raid must ALL move NORTH and start clearing. Assign a druid and enchanter to babysit Decorin Grunhork as you drag him behind. Note: you'll get a LOT of people who don't know what North is, tell the raid about 5 times to move north and do NOT stay and watch what happens with Decorin grunhork.

3) Next, clear the north hallway and then this is where it gets important: You must clear the east hallway fast. You clear all the way to the NE corner, and tell the raid NOT TO GET NEAR THE STAIRS. This is imperative so that you do not aggro TZ early.

4) Inform the raid that 3 will be incoming, and have a monk pull Decorin Berik AND the 2 adds in back of him. MEZ BOTH of the triggers (Decorin Berik and Decorin Grunhork) and kill the 2 adds that come.

5) Test your cheal order fast, I suggest 5 clerics in about a 3 second cheal order if your MT is 10K plus. Then, assign 2 clerics to alternate cheals on your second tank for when VZ splits.

6) Kill whatever Decorin is more east, and quickly bring the other Decorin to the NE corner. This Decorin will be tanked by the SECOND tank. As soon as you engage the second Decorin, have your raid move TIGHT to the NE corner (Please god stay off the stairs). The MT and clerics take a few steps WEST of the raid and be ready for VZ. As soon as Decorin 2 dies, VZ spawns west of the raid and should be right on your MT. Note: Push him N to the wall and pin him. He splits in 2 at 50% health, and then splits in 2 at 50% health again. Have your raid ALWAYS assist the MT, and just have the TMer on the split.

7) Next, set up for TZ. Your MT stays in the NE corner, and EVERYONE else moves to the south side of the hallway just 1 or 2 steps WEST of the stairs. Inform the raid that you can NOT have anyone overaggro TZ, and this means low HP aggro. IF anyone drops below 50% health, they MUST get out of melee range and start shooting arrows until healed or TZ dies. Have a monk run up the stairs to aggro TZ, FD when he's out and have your war shoot an arrow to single pull. He'll stop near the stairs and start attacking your MT, so at this point I have pets move UP the stairs and push TZ NORTH to the corner before any melee are allowed to attack. Pin him nicely, and you win. Overaggro and get him AEing the clerics, and you lose.

8) Right after TZ dies, rez up and wait for the hallway to repop, clear the 5 mobs that pop near the raid and set up for RZ. The raid sets up the SAME way as you set up for TZ, and the pull happens the same way. He's partially slowable, and make sure you get druids to PoS before this fight.
I recommend a 6+ cleric 2 second cheal rotation if your MT is 10k+. Pin him the same way as TZ. A mass TL must be cast BEFORE the fight to make sure everyone gets the window, but do NOT take the TL unless you're a melee who is about to die, OR RZ poofs. Note: During this fight, about 6 adds spawn to the WEST in the hallway where VZ spawned before. Enchanters need to mez and druids can help Snare to mez. At 50% health, RZ poofs and spam the raid to "TAKE THE TL AND WAIT OUTSIDE". Once outside, have a druid cast Mass FoE or a necro mass DMF and immediately zone in. Even if you are dead, wait outside.

9) Make sure everyone is levitated and start moving up the stairs and LEFT to the SOUTHWEST corner of the top of the pit. At this point, have a single monk go aggro RZ from the NE side and FD immediately. SUMMON CORPSES AS YOU MOVE, but do NOT rez. As soon as the monk aggroes RZ, have people step off the ledge, and float SOUTH immediately to the SW corner. As the raid leader, lock the raid and move necroes to any remaining groups that need a summon and summon the corpses to the SW corner.

10) Empty the pen, anything can be a good pet, but do NOT use Diaku Death Knights or Diaku Oracles, if possible. These are too high MR and oracles dispell I'm told. Move the pets EAST along the wall in the pit, and set up the raid with ONLY the MT in the SW corner, and others in the hallway. Enchanters: keep your pets targetted.

11) Have amonk pull RZ closer, FD, and then have your MT pull RZ the rest of the way with an arrow. Slow/debuff asap. His DPS is not nearly as bad as I had thought, a 2 second cheal with 6+ clerics should work fine on a 10k+ tank. As SOON as RZ is in the corner, sick the enchanter pets on him from the east, and PC pets on him from the NORTH to pin him. Call assist fairly quickly.

12) Ideally, have druids set in a MGB HoT rotation. This will put them above clerics on the adds aggro list in case they have to kite. Also, you can have rogues kill green corpses near the raid at this point, though we did not. Burn offensive at 80% health and burn him fast.

13) As SOON as he dies, Mass TL FAST and take it. Meet again at the top, dead or alive, and mass levitate and invis up fast. Float down and the PP is in the center of the pit and CAN be hailed invis for a flag. AFTER you get flag, if anyone has aggro, help train the adds to the NE corner and zone out or die. HAve the rest meet in the SW corner to do loot.


This is very detailed, I know, but this is by far the hardest pre-EP thing to lead, and if you really read this over, I feel you can win.

Even if you follow this flawlessly, note that the kiting part is extremely hard. If you use my strat, have your first kite team be your beefiest pallies/sks so they stay up the longest. Kite team 1 is the most important of anyone. Orientess Sage has a really nice alternative kiting strat if you want to try that one too, just scroll down to see it. I may even try it out the next RZ raid I lead.

Dude, this is not the place to be bashing a guild. I don't know where you go do to such things. But, i know this isn't the place for it. Secondly, you might want to get all the facts before bashing any guild.

We do not deny anyone from XES alliances, nor anyone else for that matter. Many, including me were asked to leave the raid, there was much going on during that raid. So you should get the facts before lashing out on something you felt was against you personally. Because it was not against you in the least.

BTW, a few notes on pulling....

Decorin Berik, the first spawn trigger, is easy to pull. Once agrod, he will not move back to his spawn location for about 20-30 minutes. Right before the raid moves up to this area, a bard/monk can tag him and bring him to the top of the stairs, he will wait there to be mezzed by the rest of the raid. this avoids clearing the left side.

ON VZ, there is an EASY way to get him with 0 adds. VZ is tethered to his room. to get him single all you have to do is get a bard to run through the middle of the room where he is while DA song is up, and agro all the mobs in the middle area. the bard will keep running and attempt to stay alive as long as possible. after about 15 seconds or so, VZ will pop back to his spawn location ALONE and waiting to be tagged by someone else. then the bard can fade or die, doesnt matter really, and the raid has vz solo.

After Hours on Solusek Ro downed this bad boy on Sunday. Not very difficult, from my perspective. Buffed up, took out fake TZ, Fake VZ, engaged fake RZ. When Fake RZ got ot 65% HP, a wizard cast an AE TL. Once Fake RZ depopped, everyone TLed out (having bound outside the zone-in), FoE'd up, went back in and dragged/summoned and rezzed the fallen. Buffed up again, ran into the SE corner of the arena, cleared arena, chanters got what pets they could, and engaged RZtW. The kite team consisted of Pallies and SKs, and at 15% of RZtWs health, another wizard cast an AE TL. Once RZtW died, everyone ported outside, re FoE'd, and ran back in. The kite team dragged the adds to the far side of the arena and died with them there. Everyone ran to the middle, hailed the Planar Projection, then ran back to the corpse for loot. RZtW dropped Collar of Boundless Might and Grimfaced Visor 1st attempt of the night.

For those who don't know, AH is a raiding coaliton, formed from various guilds for the sole purpose of doing raids. They raid PoP alot, for flags and loot. They are not a guild, but they raid like one. They've taken all pre-EP mobs except Sol Ro (I believe).

I'm not actually a part of After Hours, but I figure I'll respond anyway since I know the group and some folk who are in it.

AH invites anyone (regardless of guild tag) to be a part of their raiding organization. So when he says no outside guild help, he means outside of their organization, AH doesn't just grab a bunch of people and zerg a mob. Hope that clears it up.

I can agree with that logic. This wasnt the case though. Funny thing about it is that the original post was removed after I called him on it anyway.

I guess the only reason I posted it was that on Karana we are getting tired of the continual planar progression guilds who form, farm, leapfrog other guilds/open raids, and then end up breaking up because of loot issues, leadership issues, or whatever.....just to all go start another one that they all join again.

Snicker, I am his guild leader, and Rallos DPS is not the issue on this fight. I have led this raid 15 times successfully. Below you will even find my Strat, if your healing cannot handle the DPS RZtWL puts out you are not ready to do this script. To beat RZtWL you need dps period, taking a someone off max dps and onto healing means you are missing the point.

Oh and fyi, last RZtWL we did it with 42 people (I am sure others have done with less) in just over an hour elapsed. Still my favorite script in PoP.

Ancient Dominion downed Rallos tonight on our first raid. First attempt we wiped at 5% because the kite team went down early. Having tried other people's strats and had them fail, we decided to jury-rig our own. It worked, Rallos dead on second attempt. Since this isn't exactly new content I figured I might post it here to see if anyone finds it of use. Don't think I've seen this one before.

Ok, I just want to brag that we made a new strat...

Ancient Dominion Kite Strat

This is based on the fact that the port-out from the pit will gate you under RZ if you use it when he is up. We used a train chain with knights.

Everyone needs a bow and non-magic damage arrows for this.

Buffs will be all HP buffs for knights, one spellshield, and runes to fill up all other available spaces.

Kite team composition
Team One: 3 paladins, 3 SK's in one group, in that order.
Team Two: Rangers / Monks in another group.

On Rallos pull
Kite team all attacks green corpse mobs around raid and kills them. First paladin in knight team watches for adds. Rangers blow Trueshot on Rallos engage. SK's blow HT on Rallos as the Paladins start kite

First wave adds spawn
First paladin runs to pick up adds, trains them clockwise around the pit until he reaches port out in the NE. At port out he will use DA for 18 seconds. As it is about to fade, he calls for the next person on chain and clicks port. Next paladin picks up the train and does same thing.

Second wave adds spawn
AS SOON as these adds spawn, the next person in chain will kite them out and use DA at port as the previous people. SK's then pick up kite, do the same thing and use Harmshield.

Third wave adds spawn
Same as above, etc.

IF any knights survive this process and the port back to Rallos, then they rejoin the chain, or use HT if they have not done so. If not, don't worry about it.

6 knights x minimum 18 seconds DA (not including time they spend kiting around pit) means we are a MINIMUM 2 minutes into the fight now.

Knight chain dead
If the knight chain has all died the first time around, the LAST knight to die will call the ranger group. Rangers now pick up the kite (Trueshot has expired) and use Weaponshield instead of DA to do the same thing. 4 Rangers or so gives us another 1 minute.

We are now a MINIMUM 3 minutes into the fight. Rallos is most likely already dead.

Rangers down
If the rangers are down and Rallos is still up, they call to the monks. The monks run to aggro the kite, and FD in the Northwest corner of the raid. They then bounce aggro from the kite by standing/FDing for the few seconds longer it takes for Rallos to die.

Worst Case Disaster
If the whole kite team is dead and Rallos is still alive, 4 minutes into the fight, then the Kite Leader or last monk alive CALLS 'Kite Team Down' and any available Warriors run near the kite and AE taunt. They run it off as far as possible and die. We are now a good 5 minutes into the fight at a minimum, and if Rallos isn't already dead, then we are clearly tickling him with feathers and deserve to die. The End.

Notes
Once you have ported back to Rallos, the kite will still have aggro on you. Keep at the back of the chain so the people at the front have a decent chance at grabbing it off you, with any luck they should already be kiting them by the time you pop at Rallos. Just be aware that you can steal aggro in this way.

If SK's are worried about stealing aggro with early HT's, then they run their kite with DA, and on clicking back to Rallos they target and immediately HT. If this gets them aggro and they die, they've done their job. If not, back to the train chain.

Did my first RZ kill today and thought I would mention something about the AE as I've heard a lot of people complain about it:

I started with about 150 FR unbuffed. I bought a shield of the red dragon which has 40 FR. Found one in the baz for 1k. I then went and got lvl 5 blazing shield from tribute master which added another 25 FR. Add to that protection of seasons and bard song and I had about 430 FR for RZ encounter. Even with extended range IV I was still in range of AE but resisted it everytime.
No...too many add to kill.

My guild have tried 2 times and we have been able to pull VZ alone....

Both TZ and VZ.....On Real RZ on first try we were able to put him down to 10%, the many adds killed us...the second try we put him down to 5%....We getting close.

When you kill Rallos zek, the fake one, the Decorins that spawn during the fight will now pop in the pit with the real RZ. They can be pulled without RZ, have a very low magic resist and a fully slowable, so it's just more a nuisance than a real new danger.

The adds you got during the fake RZ fight were just the repop
