Looks like they never fixed it. I can't finish PoP flagging because this dude won't answer me.
I am stuck here. Did the dialog with Paralin Notion who told me to see Master Sergeant Aaramis Daryln. When I say "I am here to aid the cause" it says he turns and nods at me. Have tried Hailing, Not Hailing, Invis and Visible none work. I fear this quest is still bugged.

Stuck in the same spot. Can't get him to proceed with the required dialogue.

isn't Aaramis one of the three musketeers? Spelling could be different, but i'll bet the pronounciation the same... makes sense too. you know... musketeers...valor...pally... you get the picture
Not that it matters, but The Three Musketeers were Porthos, Athos, and Aramis.

You say he is a quest NPC but don't give a link as to WHAT quest he is for.
The armor wouldnt mind seeing that as a new standard for plate class armor.
